Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Custom or large-volume orders may require additional time for production. If there is a delay in fulfillment due to material availability or design approval, we will notify you promptly.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. You’ll see your shipping charges at checkout.

Typical delivery windows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Local Pickup (Wimberley, TX): Free – Ready when you receive a pickup notification

We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us.


Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we only ship to U.S. addresses. If you need international shipping, contact us directly to discuss options.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. We may request photos and will work with the carrier to resolve the issue quickly.
